I know Terry is a teenage boy but it's not supposed to go everywhere...

Well at least people who want this look may have a better chance. I never saw the Target version in my area.

Why's 'Inque' missing the booster bits? Is there anything about that repaint that can't be duplicated by buying the original painting the red bits blue?

Inque can't actually produce jet flames since she's not wearing a suit.

The figures are otherwise identical.

Here's hoping we get a proper Inque.

And some BB stuff that isn't just based on Future's End.

Aye, I suppose that makes sense. I just guess I'd figure they could have included them as bonuses anyway like I bought my kid the Mega Construx Skeletor and Panthor and it includes a recolour of Battle Cat's helmet as an optional piece. Panthor never wore such a helmet. He had a different one in Masters of the Universe Classics but generally never wore a helmet at all in most versions. So theory is since the helmet is made of same plastic as the saddle which IS required, they perhaps make it in the same molding process they use for Battle Cat's saddle and helmet and rather than just throwing out the helmet they've made in Panthor's green they include it as a lil bonus for the collector or kid to have as an option? I don't know. lol

But aye I get the Inque logic tool. lol. It's not a big deal. I just like when you get bonus parts that can be up to the individual to use or not whether on the figure it comes with or repurposed elsewhere. lol

I know what you mean. As I wrote in my reviews of both Batman Beyond and Batwoman Beyond, they included the flight stand with the wrong character. Inque can't actually fly, so her flight stand should've been included with Batwoman Beyond instead. There's a bit of mix and match required with these figures' accessories.

Aye, I did read your reviews, though quickly. lol. Aye, it's not too bad when you buy multiple figures from a range and can swap accessories and such. But don't let the toy companies think that's always ok. Like to have the wrapped cloak wings for NECA Goliath you have to buy Bronx as well. Which I guess is fine if you're collecting Gargoyles anyways but if you just want Goliath I suppose you'd have to buy Bronx to get the cloaky wings then either keep Bronx as just the one buddy for Goliath or sell Bronx to whoever just wants Bronx and has no interest in the cloaky wings lol. But aye this has been pretty much the deal with Build A Figure since god knows. How many random arms, legs, torsos of uncompleted BAF figures exist in people's collections in a box of bits. lol

I agree, it's not ideal bc at a certain point it feels abusive.

Having said that, I haven't really liked the swords included with recent figures. Partly due to design but also partly due to QC (dunno why they're all made of floppy plastic now). I had to start buying swords from older figures to get sturdy plastic ones.

Aye, my mate started getting me into buying custom bits for figures. He does so for some of his Transformers and Masters of the Universe and now I've been buying some of the MotU stuff myself I've obtained a few of the custom heads too. Ideally shouldn't have to. The factory product should be aces already but aye few things in life are ever perfect so it's nice there's the option of people out there making custom pieces. The improved and more cartoon-accurate heads we bought from HordakMX for the Revelation He-Man and Skeletor figures are tops. Elevated the overall quality and enjoyment of those figures ten-fold.

And not the first time my overuse of the word 'aye' has been noticed. lol. I can't help myself. It's a verbal tic that became a text tic too if that's even a thing. lol

It's okay, Karen Gillan approves.

Oh Gillan's a nice sort. My same mate that I just mentioned got me into buying custom parts has the biggest crush on her. I just got back with the mother of my kid so I'm not allowed to have crushes myself lol
