Typical. They NEVER promised that Flash and Phantom would release at the same time. In fact, they have very specifically said many times that these lines will come out separately. They cautioned people over and over to not preorder Zorro/Flash/Phantom/Tarzan/etc together because they will not be released simultaneously.

For anyone interested, these are the announced waves of Flash figures. Waves 1 and 2 are sculpted and have paint masters, should be coming fairly "soon". No pictures of wave 3 yet.
