The face plates are so similar that those could have been convention exclusive versions or limited accessory packs and I wouldn't have felt I was missing out.

Being forced to buy them just jacks the price up. I can live without all the extra faces and hands. Let the collectors have their deluxe carded versions. There should have been basic bagged figures on pre-order, too, because getting these into a lot of hands is more important for a freshman relaunch.

Always happy to see premium 3.75" figures. So glad there are companies keeping this great scale alive!!

FINALLY, Jenny gets some respect!!! She was left out of the original toyline and I never liked that. Even as a teenage boy.

Hi everyone, by the way.

Really hope we get Al Negator and Bruiser, they were the two I had as a kid so getting modernized versions of them would be amazing.

Do want that Jenny though. Deadeye looks great too.

Something off about the duck. I know its just a prototype, but I think its needs a dark wash to break up the color or maybe a darker base color.

The first wave is shipping now, those that got their pre-orders in early are of course shipping first (They haven't gotten their main shipment just yet, but they had a smaller one arrive first, so it has started)

Posted these in the "Look What I just Got" thread and realized I should have posted them here. I love this toyline! Superb work, Boss Fight. A very nice nostalgic treat with all the benefits of what I love about upper tier modern figures.

OMG, that toad trooper is awesome. He's like a athropomorphized HYDRA soldier. Love it!

That's because old school, meaning early 80s, means you were too old. 1992 is when these guys were on the air. When we were in high school (assuming your child from the 1980s like myself *thundercats pretty much give it away*)

That said these do look exceptional. Maybe you haven't heard how good thsee figures are. The tooling, tolerances, and plastic/joints all top notch. Then they have to pay for the license. Pretty reasonable for a small online company to profit enough to be able to prosper and make cool toys at the same time. I wish Hasbro would charge more & give us better quality like the 1980s through the mid 00s, figures. Like KENNER figures. *Sigh*

It's a toyline based on a 90s cartoon so bright colors and no shading in most of his scenes in the episodes I seen. But he does need a darker orange base coat so good eye there bro. Because while Bucky is accurate in those colors, Deadeye is not, unfortunately.

I wonder if Bucky’s epaulettes and cape are removable. It seems to me that a “stealth mission” costume would look better without them.
