Ok the goal is to build and Avengers team with 7 people on it. You can use any living members you want. They can be drawn from any of the teams how ever you like.

My Team
1) Captain America
2) Vision
3) Scarlet Witch (Wanda and Viz were the best couple)
4) Ms Marvel/Warbird
5) Beast
6) Yellow Jacket
7) Valkyrie (One of the best reasons to read the old Defenders)

It's hard to choose as there's lots more street level characters I would throw in. I think too many non heavy hitters woud ruin the team though.

1.) Commander Rogers (Leader)
2.) X-23 (Tactics, Stealth infiltration, and tracking)
3.) Nova (Flight, teleporting, and energy weapons)
4.) DarkHawk (Flight, recon, and advanced weaponry)
5.) Beast (Inventor, medic, and all around the brains)
6.) Mockingbird ( has contacts for info gathering, and weapons versatility)
7.) Valkyrie (strength factor and mystic knowledge.)

Mockingbird's contacts cover a wide array from what's missing. I would have tossed in Venom(thompson), red she-hulk, and Black Cat. But no room left. Plus Black Cat and red she-hulk afaik were never avengers. X-23 made the cut thanks to avengers academy. =3
