In the last pic the white thing with the cord is from the Micronauts Battlecruiser while the white upper legs piece is from Micronauts Biotron.

I should have mentioned that the Battlecruiser piece you have is the remote control adapter.

The little orange ant in photo 3 is Agony Ant from Moshi Monsters Series 3.

And the dude in black-and-silver in photo 5 is from Chap Mei's Star Warrior line.
