Woman with silver chest and blue arms

I've had this for some time and never knew what it's from. It's a blonde woman with a silver chest/armor and blue colored arms and legs. A logo of a bird in a circle is on the chest. There is an indent on the back of the head and looks like she wore a crown or tiara. I can make out a marking on the back 'LEG 1986 Malaysia'. Any idea's?
