Can you help me identify this action figure cape?!

Hello, I'm new here, so forgive me if I do something wrong, but I am trying to identify what action figure this cape comes from. It came with a bunch of Batman figures and pieces, mostly from the 90s, but it looks more like a Lando Calrissian cape to me. I've done searches for both, and for the life of me, I can't find any Batman or Lando action figure with a cape that looks like this. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this or knows what figure it goes with. Thanks.

Yep, it looks like the cape from the 1995 Power of the Force Lando Calrissian figure.
