Can you please help identify these action figures

I found these in a thrift store and I have no idea what they are. They stand about 8" tall. The one in vest has "Freex" tattooed on his arm. They have no company name or manufacturing location markings. Thanks for any help you can provide.

They are Wolf Nev and Lothan the Wise from Shadowruns Duel (2003).
