I've had this feeling that I'm the only one who collects exclusively 1:18th scale which definitely doesn't get all that much love. Of course there's some exceptions like Transformers, and Godzilla, but everything else is 1:18th or something close to that scale. So I guess I wonder if anyone else has similar collecting habits.I'm sure there's other people, but it's definitely a more niche market.

I have a handful of McFarlane DC and Spawn figures and some Marvel Legends but I primarily stick with 1:18 scale.

Nice. I really hope the scale gets more appreciation. It's not a popular scale, and definitely more niche, but it seems more companies are starting to get into the scale. Jazwares is really dipping Halo into that scale, and I'm glad to hear the Epic Heroes Series is still going with a venom line. It may sound weird but I hope someone picks up where Hiya left off with Alien and Predator toys. Heck I'd jump up and down screaming if we got Terminator in the scale.

Spin Master has been doing some solid work with their DC figures.

And speaking of Hiya I'm still waiting for the Feral Predator and an Engineer.

I also only collect 1:18 scale. I collect Star Wars, DC, Marvel, GI Joe, Boss Fight Studios, Chicken Fried Toys, some Hyia, Jazewres Fortnite & Halo, Jurassic Park, and misc others in 1/18 scale. I am happy you started this thread. Everything online is focused on 1/12 scale or larger. Even on YouTube there is very few content creators who focus on 1/18 scale.

Exactly. Don't get me wrong I get why the larger stuff is popular, but I just love this scale. I guess it just reminds me of my childhood and why I collected in the first place.

Does anyone have good recommendations for Battle Droids from Star Wars? Wasn't really a fan of the Vintage Collection release, but I need more battle droids in this scale.

Outside of TMNT, DC's Lanterns, and some randos it's all I collect. We have a few threads around here for the scale.

I've recently started collecting the 1:18th scale TMNT figures from JOY TOY, and I’m absolutely loving them! So far, I’ve got all four turtles—Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael—and they’re fantastic. The detail on these figures is incredible, and the articulation is just insane. You can pose them in so many dynamic ways, which makes them feel really versatile for display or just having fun with them.

Right now, I’m waiting on a few more characters to arrive—Bebop, Rocksteady, Shredder, and a couple of Foot Ninjas. I’ve also pre-ordered Splinter and April O’Neil, and I can’t wait to add them to the collection. This line is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in this scale. The craftsmanship and care that went into these figures really stand out.

It’s funny because this is actually the first 1:18th scale line I’ve collected since my Star Wars figures back when I was much younger. These days, I usually stick to 6-inch figures, but I had to make an exception for these TMNT figures. They’ve totally reignited my love for this smaller scale, and it’s been such a nostalgic and rewarding experience.

Awesome to hear about those TMNT. I just ordered a Raph myself and can't wait for it to get here.

I really hope Casey and/or Slash is the next reveal.

I'm pretty sure they'll do Casey Jones next. I'd love to see them do Krang and Baxter Stockman too

I would like for them to branch out of 87 inspired peeps. I know that's what everyone thinks of as the "classic" version but there's so much more that doesn't get love.

Hun? Alopex? Jennika? Sally? Dogpound and Fishface?

Hun from the 2003 cartoon yes and maybe Agent Bishop too. Dogpound, Fishface and Tiger Claw from the 2013 CG cartoon yes, but honestly you could miss me with some of the character from the IDW comics, especially Jennika UGH! I'd rather have Venus

I still have my Microman figs, Joes, Star Wars, and a few JoyToys but it's hard to justify continuing the collection given how much the figures are compared to 1/12 scale.

I am considering getting some of the Warhammer 40K joy Toys. Mostly from my favorite Space Marine Chapter The Salamanders.

Yeah, The Salamanders is a really beloved chapter. I heard about them alot. My favorites are Ultramarines and i really like their Primarch Roboute Guilliman in other words, i like smurfs and papa smurf... lol Because the First Warhammer 40K Novel that i read was about Ultramarines. You know what they say, the firsts are special.

I ordered Warmaster Horus yesterday btw. It is probably the best figure of 2024 as far as i can see from the reviews. I plan to get all the Primarchs and the God Emperor. I really can't wait for the God Emperor.
