Plenty of reason for him to have open hands right there. Swappable fists would have been fine, but only fists would've been a disservice. Would love a tornado effect stand though, yeah. |

Does he normally take those saws off?

To my recollection he just seemed to shoot out more while he was spinning but the main two always appeared on his wrists. I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro reused these wrist saws for Gladiator (the Daredevil one).

almost looks like the cottonmouth shots could be used for a stop motion movie of him doing the teen wolf.

We're starting to get to the scrub characters of this wave. Cottonmouth is pegwarming up a storm around my neck of the woods.

That dude has one of the creepiest rape faces I think I've ever seen on a figure.

The only negative is that he is not supposed to be that huge. Bushmaster, yes. Anaconda, yes. Cottomouth, no.

Personally, I don't have a deep connection with the members of the Serpent Society, but I can appreciate that Cottonmouth looks very imposing next to Cap. |

I know next to nothing about Cottonmouth, and am not a fan of that Hyperion body mold, but I rate him right up there with Tiger Shark. He's a well painted figure with a cool head sculpt full of personality.
Where I'm at, Sharon Carter and Mockingbird are warming the shelves hard, with Speed Demon and Beetle clogging the pegs on the Spider-Man side of things. |

You've been killing it with these man. Some real good shots in the Sharon Carter gallery. Especially like this one:

Sharon is easily the worst figure in the wave. Her face is butt ass ugly, especially with the derpy eyes. Also, I don't understand the reason for the first hand (for her or Maria). What's the purpose? They don't go punching people with super powers.

I do agree that Sharon is a pretty lackluster figure - having the Maria Hill figure, I have no desire to double-dip on that body mold. Gonna get the BAF piece and toss her to the eBay wolves. |

Pretty sure Dr. Kain was referring to the choice of the figures' horrible "club fist", not the actual character selection.

The Carter figure is good overall, but those sculpted holsters on her hips are horrible looking.

I really don't get Hasbro's obsession with sculpted holsters. Either make the guns removable or don't bother with them at all. Taskmaster has the same issue.

I wanted to like Sharon, but then I found out her head is actually the same as the cancelled Rogue from Wolverine Legends, and given the choice I know which of those two I'd rather Hasbro had made (hint: It's not Sharon).

I thought Red Onslaught was mostly disappointing in the comics. On one hand it was cool to sort of have Onslaught back even though it was a different Onslaught (the original is still floating around the negative zone) but on the other hand Red Onslaught seemed to be dealt with rather easily in comparison. The first Onslaught ended his original span by creating a second star in close proximity to our existing one that would destroy everything and all the Avengers had to die to stop him, Red Onslaught just tried to kill the Avengers directly until Dr. Strange and Scarlet Witch cast a spell to beat him. So I guess Red Skull had power-envy and then had no clue what to do with said power when he had it.
As far as the BAF is concerned I have no interest in it until the actual Onslaught heads come out with the X-men wave. Hopefully by then I can maybe get the rest of the body on ebay for a decent price.

For those that forgot, here's the regular Onslaught head that's coming with Rogue.

As of Toyfair, it seems that the Onslaught head will be released with Kitty Pryde.

It just occurred to me that this isn't even how he looked in AXIS this is just how he looked on some covers and one interior art that was like a preview. In AXIS he has tentacles coming out of his back and these weird horns growing out of the side of his head.
