Did this copy come from Hot Toys?

It's a BlasTech DLT-20A rifle not DTL-20A.

Is there a difference between the Empire Strikes Back and video game version apart from the accessories?

No. ESB version is the basice edition, while the Deluxe edition includes additional accessories from Battlefront.

I'm excited about these!! They look so good! They also have an ESB 1/6 Yoda hopefully they'll be making other characters from that line! Oh man Hoth Leia, Hoth Han Solo with Taun-Taun, and Bespin Han Solo I'D HAVE TO BUY THEM ALL!
