I've always liked the Snow Serpent, who this figure is supposed to be, due to the muted, icy blue scheme of its uniform and the fact that its file card connects it flawlessly to the Eel; giving us the idea that Cobra had an elite division above Viper. Someone at Hasbro must really like this character since a lot of attention was paid to getting the various details of the uniform and figure correct, right down to the mortar launcher. Definitely one of the better troop builders. Highly recommended.
