Ok. This figure is a little bit out of my wheel house. I was born after Mego's heyday so I never had any of their classic figures, all I know is that children of the 70's loved them and they go for big money now on the aftermarket. The Awesomes are a Hulu original adult animated TV show, I kinda dig it. It's really based on the classic DC type of super heroes and the original Awesomes were like the Justice League. At the heart of the series is a son trying to prove himself to his father and the rest of the world. That's a theme I think we all can relate too.
