If anyone can legitmately help please don't ignore this.
![]() I got this inital warning on my laptop and I'm monitoring it now it's at 69 degrees celsius before it was like 80 :O i ALSO toned down the brightness. i THINK that helped. I've had it for three years. Can't exactly afford repairs or a new one. One of the hinges came off where you can see the gears inside the computer and it cracked a bit it's the right hinge, the left hinge is fine. Do you guys think there's a risk of overheating or catching fire? I mean laptops always shut off when it gets too hot. In the past few years that happened a couple times. Hasn't happened today but I got this message when the hinges were coming off. And I set it back into place but anyway what do you guys think I could do? Haven't seen a message though after fixing it in place and monitoring the heat.
