Who is Saban?

Part of it has to do with me getting into Kamen Rider through a friend (Internet Personality Vangelus) and then watching the Super Sentai version that became PRS (Super Sentai Shinkenger). Linkara from Thatguywiththeglasses.com also did a retrospective on the history of the show, which I rather enjoyed. I also really liked the Zords for some reason and ended up getting all of the US releases. I posted a pic of all of them combined in the Power Ranger thread a while back.

It's also the first new series with Saban back at the helm (he was responsible for the original series and some of the sequels).

Oh, why do you like Power Ranger Samurai?

TV or movies? For TV, the current shows I like are Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Mike & Molly, Person of Interest, Suits, Avengers EMH, Transformers Prime, Thundercats and Power Rangers Samurai. Movies would be a much larger list
