You may be able to find a shell of that shuttle or something close to complete on eBay or check over on Hisstank. Someone might have something of use to you.

Personally, I think that CA toy looks a little small for a Quinjet.

I really like the idea of using the Defiant as a base mold for a custom, though.

More likely our first glimpse of the movie quinjet is here. Specifically, on the Black Widow poster (with the Helicarrier being split between the SHIELD Agents and Hawkeye posters).
