Looking for open Hasbro Cowboys of Moo Mesa toys with weapons or misc. weapons separate. And possibly packaged of these toys. Thank you

Those things were fun. They complimented the Street Sharks. Unfortunately, I don't have any personal reference to direct you to. However, a quick search on eBay netted some reasonable auctions and lots:
