Anyone else get a cross-eyed pair of looking-sideways eyes? Or Anyone know if Bandai Japan does anything if you contact them? I think I submitted an inquiry to the right place, but the Google Translate from Japanese was sketchy... and hilarious! Just curious who else may have had a similar experience or lived with it or repainted it themselves... weighing my options. I haven't opened him yet and it could be worse looking than it actually is. I don't know.

Not sure but does he have articulated eyes? Hopefully you can get a replacement on that guy. There was some guy on another website who got a Doc Ock from BBTS with a Hitler stache and he considered it a defect. I wonder how these websites react to things like this and if they actually refund the person.
