Here is Captain Hammer from Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible Sing-Along Blog! Still working on the pants and belt. Might swap out for a Bazooka lower.

Nice, and, I can see why you want to use a Bazooka set of legs, as he's ripped up top. those legs would fill him in nicely.
