Hey,

Another 7 inch 3d printed custom. The Silver Surfer in some of the images is from Marvel Select.

Gamora reuses the base body of the other customs I've made and Songbird's hair.

The sword is also 3D printed, but it's just an old 3d model I had lying around, made years ago.

That looks amazing and the paint work is very detailed. I am starting to wonder about what 3d modeling software is best for making figures. Do you know how difficult it is to use compared to 3dstudio Max or Maya?

Thanks Jusrty!

I personally use modo. If you want max or maya, I'd go with Max.

Max is better for modeling, and maya is better for animation.

Well, glad you like them

I'm currently working on making some of the parts available through shapeways atm: Stranger than Fiction by Strangefate on Shapeways

Not much I can do about the prices, 3D printing is still rather expensive.

Very nice. Haven't thought about looking into 3d printing before.

Do you do commissions? I checked out your site, and the cap/female headsculpts are nice, but no pricing.

Hey behindthemask, no commisions sorry. I'm doing a lot so if you were to post any requests I might add them to my list.

The capes and head sculpts will be available soon. For those I'm trying to offer a separate version that will work better size and ball joint wise with ML females.
