I'm so angry at this moment. I was trying to do a Domino in the 3.75 inch scale. Went with an Agent Helix head, and the body to an Attack on the pit Baroness. All was well until I tried to paint the black spot over her eye. I completely crapped it up because I shake too badly. I guess the custom is screwed now. Any way to fix this?

is the rest of the face already painted white? If not you could try to remove the paint. if you didn't wash your part first sometimes a good finger nail is all that's needed. If the paint is acrylic, you might just scrub with warm soapy water. You haven't sealed it yet, so unless you used enamels, you should be able to recover.

Yes the rest of the face is already painted white, and I didn't use enamels. So what would be my best course of action jim?

If your white paint is very good at covering, I'd just slowly work backwards white over black. I use Citadel Skull White for just this reason. Make sure your brush is super clean, shake the paint before opening, use only a tiny amount on the TIP of your brush, if you get more than a drop on there, take a stroke over a paper towel first, Breath in before your brush touches plastic and hold your breath during each brush stroke.
If you need to use black again to work the other way, wait until it is good and dry first. You don't want those areas blending so it is important to only use tiny brushes of paint and be patient. |

Thanks so much man, I really appreciate it. When I get my nerve back, I'm gonna try that. It really disheartened me when that happened...put me in a bad mood and everything.

Sometimes if I'm wanting to do fine detail I use a fine tip pen to do the outlines and then paint to fill it in. I have the same shaking problem and having drawn the lines in it gives me the confidence to paint. Good luck

Something I wouldn't do on a toys face, but when I'm trying to do a chest logo, I'll take a fresh exacto knife blade, and very carefully draw the logo with a cut first. Then the paint has a little trough and the line isn't going to be smudged away.
