Ok I jus found at the local flea market wolverine origins cyclops I wanna make him a trench coat are if anyone knows a figure that has a removable trench coat that would b good I wanna give him the look like in wolverine and the xmen the animated series if u have any ideas I would love to hear them

The Doctor Rex Lewis from the GI Joe line for Rise of Cobra has a removable coat.
And its no more than 3.99-4.99 at most Marshalls or Ross stores if you can find him.

The MU Blade one, could work. I once did a Gambit with it and looks neat.

The problem is that a Blade figure is kind of expensive these days.
The other option you could use, us from Comissioner Gordon (DC Universe)
Another one... Victor Creed from XMO
There is also a Gi Joe Baroness with a nice coat, but I don´t remember the name of the figure.
