The first thing I did to the mask was use a heat gun to widen it by pulling it apart at the sides. Then I cut a better axe cut at the top. I then edited the eye holes with sculpting clay. I also edited the mouth holes by packing some of them with sculpting clay and cutting new ones. Finally, I painted it as movie accurate as I could.
