Marvel Universe Steve Rogers Super Soldier

It took me a while looking for an extra Fury Files Captain America, when I got one I started working on this project immediately, I used Matt Trakker head for Steve Rogers, I think there's a good resemblance, and everything else is sculpted in. It really feels good having this figure on my Avengers collection, and having him join my Secret Avengers line up as well!

Iv been seeing this Captain A alot latley, If anyone would be so kind to explain, What exactly is that Captain America from? Is it pre-Captain America, Post Death etc...
