Pretty lame release imo. They decided to scale him off of a 5 second scene in the DBS Super movie, which shows Frieza's form 3 as a grotesquely small creature standing at about knee height to form 2. In DBZ, he was taller than Piccolo and was more massive than form 2 pound for pound. Easy pass.
