Thanks for the heads-up! The hunt begins. Are they in boxes stored on a shelf, or do they hang from a peg?

As much as I want the DCC New 52 figures to be a full toyline, Constantine is the only one I'd buy no matter what, assuming they're sold individually and not as more 2 packs. I'd wait for video reviews on any others to see how they hold up in regards to QC. It's amazing how many of the Green Lantern and Injustice toys broke on-camera in the middle of reviews.

Of the ones pictured Etrigan and Capt. Cold are the only "must haves" for me. That's not to say I wouldn't get Constantine and Sinestro too though. Probably pass on Batman since I've got the Injustice version.

But it also said that the ones in the picture weren't the only ones so who knows who else they made or considered making.

Boxed on shelves near all the batman evergreen boxes.

Honestly I'll give DCC one shot inhand with the new figs after that I'll decide whether or not I continue with them.

By the sounds of it, if they do decide to do this line, there shouldn't be near the number of breakage issues as their past stuff. It was in-response to the Batman Animated line issues specifically, but they've announced that they're switching to a stronger material for the joints. Considering they for some reason chose to use the same fragile plastic for that line's joints, I'm sure that the change in materials will be used for any future 3-3/4" figures they do.

As for must-haves, the only one shown that I would absolutely have to get is Batman.

Really? Man, that's great news. I wonder if they'll ever reissue the first few BTAS toys after they switch to the new plastic?

I almost ordered these from TRU's site because I had a gift card, but I wanted to see them in person. Glad to hear you think they look good. I'll keep my eye out next time I'm over there.

Found the Clayface and Grundy sets. Surprised to seem them in the Boston Area. Usually we're way behind. Of course the local TRU is in the upscale band so they were $28.99 each. I still picked them both up. I wasn't going to pick up Grundy but seeing it in person I like it more than the Injustice one. The Batman that comes with it(Year one?) not so much.

Really looking forward to Toyfair to see what else they have coming. They have nothing announced after the 66/Deathstroke/Beyond wave so far right?

Best part is if your not a moc guy you can take them out for display and the joints feel perfect not too tight or loose. even clays other hand removes and still feels firm. I cant wait for croc to appear.

28.99, damn.

I almost picked up the grundy set as well then told myself I'm content with the injustice one.

Thanks for the info, everyone.

How do Clayface and Grundy scale compared to 6" figures? Just something I'm curious about.

I want these, but it's hard to justify $25-$30 just for one of the big guys. Still thinking about it. I already have a Batman I'm happy with, and I like my Injustice Nightwing better than the AC one. I do like the AC Grundy better than the Injustice version, but again, he's a little expensive and I know I won't be able to find someone to buy the one I have.

It is great news. It's even why there is a bit of a delay for series two. I would love to see them redue the first series with the new joint material, but I'm not counting on it. Which reminds me, I still need to get a Catwoman.

This week I decided to find a vehicle for my Robin. With this I don't need a staff anymore. This Ducati Diavel really suits him well. I just have find a some water slide decals with Robin's logo in silver or so to add them to the bike. All I add o do his make a small hole on his left hand.

What do you guys think?

so, I wonder what the reveals would be at Toy Fair………will the Multiverse line branch out for Injustice? (both the "Normal" Earth and "Regime" Earth) Will there be figures based on the Animated Features/ Live Action TV like Flash and Arrow? Will Multiverse eventually branch into the main DCU (either the Old or New 52)?

I'm really liking Grundy and how he has swivel articulation on his diaphragm/ lower torso. I like clayface too but I prefer diaphragm swivel over the waist swivel.

Awesome, Grippen! I always love seeing how 1:18 or 1:20 scale toy or model vehicles can be used with 3.75"/4" figures.

While there is a lot of potential for a line like this, the only reveals I'm thinking we'll see are more Arkham figures, maybe some more movie figures, and maybe a wave based on Arrow. Though I would love to be surprised by Mattel and see them reveal some stuff I'm not expecting to ever see in this line. Especially figures based on animation and/or comics.

My humble predictions:

Sorry, nothing based on the various animated versions or comics. (New 52 could be released by DCC.)

Joker featuring the likeness of Jack Nicholson (finally!)

Arrow (from the TV series)

Flash (from the TV series)

Other costumed characters from the Arkham series of games. (In my observation, Mattel appears to stay away from characters who are not wearing "obvious" superhero or villain costumes. So no Oracle or Jim Gordon. )

Wild guess: Selena "Cat" Kyle from the Gotham TV series. (She's the only character on that show who dresses in a way that is closest to a "costume.")

Other wild guesses: Batman, Wonder Woman and maybe Superman from BvS. These would be based on the official images of the characters that have been released so far, and would be released as early previews for adult collectors before the BvS toyline meant for kids is released in 2016 (which will probably have fewer points of articulation, if they even plan to release 4" figures, that is).

So overall, these would be enough to comprise the next DC TV/Movie series Wave: Nicholson Joker, Arrow, The Flash (2014 TV series), Selena "Cat" Kyle, Batman (BvS preview), Wonder Woman (BvS preview) and Superman (BvS preview). Such a Wave would prove to be really popular, I bet.
