You and me both. I'm happy to see these have elbows AND decent sculpts. The armored Zod looks pretty sweet.

Got the idea from someone (I don't remember who) in the first couple of pages in this thread, I'm not normally one for "customs" but those original bodies were so bad I couldn't help it.

What the hell is this set? Is it just some poor quality eBay scam, or is this actually showing up at Target stores? They look like those Super Squad things made for 4 year olds.

and..... the ebay link.

It looks like a repack of Hero World figures. But if the auction info is to be believed, they're a lot shorter.

That's a Target exclusive set of Batman Power Attack figures, looks to be some repaints and some repacks. The line has been on the shelf for over a year now, I believe.

And yes, it is designed to appeal to a younger demographic, Mattel explicitly said the line was for kids.

That's what they were. HeroWorld didn't sound right and I couldn't think of any other name for them. Definitely bigger than 3.75", though.

I saw those at my Target. They are 3.75 inch. They have the same crappy articulation as the movie line figures.

Well that sucks. I would have gotten it if it had the same articulation as they're bigger counterparts.

Say what? I didn't know there was a line of non-Dark Knight 3.75 Batman figures!

I saw that batman set in January and passed because of the price....I haven't seen it since. I would definitely get it now since I bought the larger scale bat cave at k mart for 16 dollars.

I've only seen vehicles from the line since. I imagine they will be easy to find once they hit full retail.

I literally just found the Batplane and Batmobile less than an hour after my last post, lol. I decided $17 wasn't worth it, though, especially since I really don't care about the vehicles.

No, the Power Attack figures are definitely NOT 3.75". Here's a link to the single-pack version of the Joker that's shown in the Target 4-pack pic:

But he did hit retail.

It's a 4 inch line, scaled down from last year's batman line. My targets and trus have vehicles with a representative figure packed in already on shelves, but the full line hasn't hit retail.

So my response to your response is a very mature nuh uh! You're wrong about others being wrong. ;-) the 5 pack has 4 inch figs. I saw it.

I'm not a fan (the last of the Infinite Crisis line were better) but if these are actually about 3 3/4 in. I hope they do well with kids so that more DC stuff hits retail. Plus, I would have liked these as a kid.
