Didnt love it but liked parts of it yeah.

BvS for me is one that has already gotten better on the 2nd viewing so for me its a definite win.

There were parts I didnt like...but honestly I could say that about any film. It certainly wasnt the disaster its being made out to be and I have a feeling these DC movies will get better and better.

It was probably a mis-step trying to world build so quickly but I kinda like how they didnt just follow Marvels model and we dont have to wait 10 years to get a Justice League movie.

While I didn't love it Dawn of Justice isn't the abomination everyone seems to claim it is. Superman was great and even though I didn't care for this Batman for the most part Affleck was good in the movie. For me Man of Steel was better.

I think mainly that the two main stories they took influence from just didn't really mesh well. Don't think I can really elaborate with out spoiling the last act of the movie.

I doubt we'd take 10 years to get the Justice League movie. We got Avengers 4 years into the MCU.

If I am not mistaken the JL movie is coming out in 2017 (?)

One thing I am struggling internally is how perfect Ben Allfeck was compared to Bale in their portrayal of Batman.

I think I'm going in the other direction. I dont see it as a good movie with bad moments I look at it as terrible with moments that show how good it could have been. I would say its better than Steel. thats about it though. Def not as good as Catwoman, Green Lantern or Superman IV. My hope is that returns are low enough that we can see another reboot in several years

not doing it the marvel way was a huge mistake. cramming everything into one movie is never a good idea. the cameos just felt so forced. gal gadot wasn't bad but she didn't really need to be there. imo suicide squad should have been after jl and flash, aquaman and batman before.

it was bad but I wouldn't say those movies are better though...
catwoman is one of the worst movies ever period, not just cbm's.

I think most people would agree that it's better than Steel. 😄

No I meant Steel. Man of steel was okay making it much better than BVS.

I am happy for those who liked it it, and wish I could. It was just so poorly executed. I felt it was on the Paul Blart level of fil
making.

Oh yeah

Well I guess its true what they say about this being a divisive movie

I just got back from seeing it a 3rd time and it gets better every time (unlike alot of other movies). I couldnt be more excited for Justice League.

I really REALLY hope we get that 3.75 toyline we should have gotten with this one, I also hope JL quells a lot of the gripes people have with BvS.

P.S. Suicide Squad in a few months!!!

don't really see that happening as long as zack snyder is at the helm. they need to replace his ass and get someone who can actually direct and tell a story.

Infinite Universe Batman with Gotham Knight's head, and you get a a pretty close version of Batflect with underwear.

Yeah I'm not a big Snyder fan... I mean I can watch his movies in theater and they are watchable but that's about it. After seeing BvS I probably will not watch it again unless it's on tv. Amy Adams as lois lane is laughable at times. Affleck was actually pretty good, but I miss bale especially after just watching the big short.
I hope eventually Mattel releases some 3.75" DC stuff again soon.

Just got back from seeing Batman v. Superman, and I've gotta say, I don't see where the hatred comes from. I mean, I see where the CRITICISM comes from, but I don't see how people can call it terrible. Honestly, I might not watch it in a theater again(due to factors NOT to do with this movie), but I will definitely watch it again sometime.

Also, not only is Superman shafted from being the first name in the title, but he was cut off from my ticket altogether!

Superman was my favorite part of the movie. At least he was trying to be a hero instead of Puni...I mean Batman.

I'm sure an Indy whip would work if you can find one cheap.

Not Joe, but I picked up the Tron Light Jet and Light Runner vehicle a few years ago on clearance at Target specifically for a Batmobile and Bat Jet.
