Yeah looks like we would have had to order by July 1 to get that box. F**k.

It'll pop on eBay. Those figures don't look very good, anyway. It's just a bit better than the crappy Funko 5 POA stuff.

Yes, you can. Next one is Women of DC in Sept.

It has a Pop Enchantress figure and a T shirt with Pop figures on it.

Unless there are some action figures amongst those soulless trinkets, I'm not getting it.

Here's hoping we have better luck with SDCC reveals.

This was the first box with true action figures in it and it was implied that there would be more, but you do have the option to opt out on individual boxes.

Rent going up $200 next month does not make getting a monthly box an option - opt out or not.

Okay, can ANYONE provide an article where Funko actually announced those figures? 'Cause I heard NOTHING about something being in that box, and my Google searches have turned up nothing. Why would Funko, the ONLY company that is still interested in doing ANY 3 3/4 inch DC figures, keep that information hidden? Heck, the website says a $50 value for $25! I might've considered ordering a box and just selling the stuff I didn't like if I knew there were 3 3/4 inch figures in there! Funko already rubs me the wrong way a bit with their collectible equivalent of clickbait, but straight-up not even giving a SLIGHT mention to some DC 3 3/4 inch goodness? That's not only wrong in my eye, but also idiotic, as who knows how many more boxes would've been ordered with that info! We better see some Arrow and Flash figures at SDCC for doing that.

Voting with dollars - till Justice League's movie next year - may decide if there's more. $25 is not too shabby. I'll give away most of this $25 box to female friends and family for Christmas or birthday gifts.

So is there anywhere stating the figs are exclusives? Usually exclusive figures in these boxes are redecos or are at least part of a pre-existing line...

Can this Funko news mean Hasbro can do a smaller DC 3.75 inch Legends line, too?

If a Mod can front page this surprise Funko news, collectors can widely discuss, the following greater issue. Disney gave its big Star Wars license to Hasbro yet Mattel got a smaller Hot Wheels Star Wars license, too. So can it be done again? Can Warner Bros give its big DC license to Mattel yet give Hasbro a smaller license to do a little DC 3.75 inch Legends line? I think it can be done for future Justice League movies. Mattel and Hasbro have amicably done it for present Star Wars movies;

because it's a "surprise" box
no one in their right mind orders something that they have no idea what is in it

as far as I could tell these are the first "real" figures in this program/subscription

The official video on Funko's channel. They said something like that.

Can I get that on a plaque? That is my entire problem with this strategy.

I meant with ALL boxes. My brother gets like 6 a month (and used to get more) and there was never an exclusive figure that wasn't a redeco or at least part of a pre-existing line that I can remember.

Awesome. Can anyone make a VERY Hasbro-looking custom DC 3.75 inch Legends card? Of course you must have the art skills to match the art on these new Marvel 3.75 Legends cards.

They have a q&a section on the funko fanatics page. They had directly said a month ago that they would not be doing 3.75 DC figures as part of the new 9 POA line.
...I already asked the question there will we see more exclusives or a retail release.I have to wonder if its worth it for them to design the figures just to include in a subscription box.

That's kind of what I'm getting at.

You know, I would be able to somewhat tolerate the subscription box thing if they told us what figures they were including in the boxes. That way, if a box doesn't have any figures I want, I can just skip it. I'd still get some figures that I don't want if one of the two figures is one that I don't want, but as it is, Funko is basically dooming this line, though whether they mean to or not is debatable.

It would ruin the whole point of the boxes being a surprise.

Also, what do you mean by Funko is dooming this line?

That looks great, JohnRedcorn! The likeness is there.

Constructive criticism; I would scratch up the grey parts and fill it in with a black wash.

Thanks for the feedback. I am actually new to the painting and customizing. What is black wash? and what gray parts are you referring to?
