Thanks. ME TOO! Wouldn't mind the whole Return of Superman lineup. Eradicator and Steel are do-able but that 90s Superboy...not sure how.

Here's a Metallo. One of my favorites from the Animated Series

That Ultimate Iron Man makes a pretty good Lex. I used the IM2 Hulkbuster.

DAVE VONNER a life long Marvelite posted a picture of DOZENS OF DC COMICS on his Instagram! He now works for Mattel owner of DC Comics global toy license. If you like to see more 3.75 inch figures, let your voices be known.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bi2vmuYH...by=davidvonner

Can anyone post these customs on Dave Vonner's Instagram? In fact many of you talented customizers should send Vonner your equally awesome (DC) customs.

DC 3.75" customs (by Robulos at Hisstank.com) using Marvel Universe 3.75" parts by Dave Vonner.

I am not on Instagram and have no desire to be. I have a hard enough time keeping up with my life as it is, so he is just going to have to find another way for us to reach him.

Staggrnaut I think his name was, was a great customizer on here back in the day and he got his style from another guy who posted his customs on Marvelous News. They didn't use a lot of spare parts, they did a ton of great sculpting on a base figure. Sorry, I dont care enough to find there exact names. But the first guy was in contact with Vonner and he posted a lot of his interactions with him, and I'll say this, Vonner is not impressed with customizing. He aways pushed for original creation without the use of a base and spare parts. This is just what I remember, not trying to discourage .

I think Vonner should be on all of these boards looking at what we are making and the reactions others are having to the customs. That would tell him which figures he SHOULD be making. I prefer being able to go to the store and buy it too, I only make what I cannot buy. That has always been my motive to customize. That Vonner, Stall, Toyguru and others in the business are too short sighted to see this is detrimental to their usefulness to their employers.

And if anyone wants to pass that sentiment on to any of them, feel free.

Obviously Super Joe's intent wasn't for us to get Vonner interested in customizing. It was to let him know there's a fan base for 1:18 / 3.75" / 4" DC Comics action figures.

Because he works at Mattel now.

Rustyrob / others maybe onto somethimg. There maybe better ways. I was thinking of Mattel receiving a monthly bundle of DC Comics. We all got DC Comics. And many Comic shops have dollar and 25 cent bins. So if 12 of us can do this, Mattel will see these monthly bundles / monthly reminders, that we want Dave Vonner to do DC 3.75 inch figures.

On that note, Vonner just posted a DC Comics action figure on his Instagram = https://www.instagram.com/p/BjI9Y8Mn...by=davidvonner

Someone on the 1966 Batman Message Board said they asked the people at the Funko booth about the future of the Batman '66 line and was told that they weren't doing any more. A few months ago, Reis O'Brien, Funko's Design Manager, said that they were definitely doing a wave 2. Since then, O'Brien has dodged any Batman question and we haven't seen or heard anything, so I strongly suspect the line is dead. I hope I'm wrong since Wave 2 was supposed to have Egghead.

I'm desperately hoping that's fake news, but it wouldn't surprise me. The figures, when you can actually FIND them on Amazon, have been clearanced forever, and I can somewhat see why. At the very least, it'll make my eventual overview of the line way cheaper.

Well, a company is only as good as it's word. I was just in Game Stop asking about GLOW figures and the guy at the counter said "We have a partnership with Funko and they are not loyal."

I kind of knew Funko would flake on continuing the line.
One of these days their Pops! figures will crash just like Beanie Babies did.

Hey fellas, I was just looking for news about the Batman 66 line on the Googles and I found a sight selling the Batmobile at $12! No idea what the shipping is, but might want to jump on it if you don't have it!
