That's awesome if the kid bought it. If not, it most likely just ended up in the hands of some adult hoarder and/or scalper. Toy collecting, for both kids and adults, is balls nowadays. I hardly even look anymore because I'm tired of seeing grown-ass people standing in toy aisles, checking ebay values on shit. It's depressing.

I haven't looked at a Kohls in years.

I haven't been in one in a year. The last time they hardly had anything interesting. Yet it does make sense that they would get some eventually.

I was hitting Kohl's during the holidays because the SWVC wave with Jedi Luke was spotted there. Also saw only the SM Batman line and picked up a squad of the Fortnite AIM Bots when they were having holiday sales.

My problem with them was they treated their toy section like a daycare, let the kids play with everything and don't pick up until closing, if at all. Never anything good there.

$45, IIRC...around thereabouts. I bought one full price when it first came out (preordered it from walmart.com), but had to return it because it had a defective piece that broke. I would've exchanged it, but they weren't in stores at the time and didn't show up there until around Christmas. I ended up getting one from Target with some coupon deal they were having for $35. Kohls.com has it listed for $50 right now, but individual stores may have it on clearance. I think it's currently retailing at Target.com, Walmart.com and Amazon for $38 though.

You have never been to a Ross? TJ Maxx? Marshall's? Much much worse there. It isn't Kohl's that treats it like a daycare but the parents. Sadly the employees are not paid enough or trained to deal with that.

Or, more like, there isn't anyone scheduled during the day to keep it straight. Retailers run these stores on skeleton crews nowadays, and toys probably is considered low priority.

Speaking of variety. Here's a couple more "various" examples of possible figure cases. If folks plunk hundreds of dollars on Sideshow busts, then something more affordable (yet comparable in sculpt) will likely work...

I really like it too. I only wish they would have painted his arms like they appear on the packaging. I may try to do it myself. Overall it’s my favorite figure in the line.

That Christian Bale looks more like Christine Bale. What, did the sculptor use his girlfriend as the model?

They do seem to miss a lot of paint apps.
Darkseid's armguards... Mr. Freeze's sleeves

That's probably why they sell for less than the other 3.75 lines.
