I feel like that card back would look great with this figure inside of it. DC multiverse figures started out really good with this Superman. Wish they would have kept it going at 3.75

Stumbled across Spin Master Mr. Freeze today. It was just one Freeze and 3 or 4 "Target Exclusive" Batmen. I imagine these two will come in a case all to themselves, just like all the other Target exclusives have, so I think I got the last Freeze from that case. Anyway, if you were wondering, Freeze is out in stores.

It looks like Dave Vonner was trying to improve DC toys while at Mattel. Now that the 6 inch figures are at McFarlane Toys, I sure would love to see Vonner back at Spinmaster to further improve DC 3.75!!!

If you want a Spinmaster Batmobile, check your Targets. One store I stopped by had both the original and the baby blue Bat-tech versions on clearance for $9.99, and another marked them down to $5.99.

I checked at my Target for figures.
They had variant Man-Bat & King Shark then 30 Batmen!!!
Not so great on the DC side either 1 Wonder Woman, 1 beardless Aquaman, 5 Supermen

Yeah, slim pickins. I was genuinely shocked when I rounded the corner and saw a lone Mr. Freeze hanging there. I haven't seen a WW since last fall, but there's a beardless Aquaman hanging around at one store. I also found a GI Joe Retro Scarlett on the top shelf at a Walmart that same day. It was stacked up there with others from that wave (Roadblock and Destro). I guess some worker had stuck a fresh case of figures up there as overstock. Down below were a bunch more RBs and Destro...and Snake Eyes and Duke. So while I missed out on Lady Jaye and Cobra Commander (don't really want them anyway), I found a Scarlett, which is just weird.

I'm waiting for the amazon one to go on clearance/sale. I want that buffman with the cloth cape. plus the buffmobile has better paint.

I can dig that, I'm watching it too, but $6.00 for the original is a goddamned steal (or in line with what the thing is actually worth).

Just saw Superman and Shazam at Target- I bought Supes because the head looks really good and I've got an otherwise great Superman custom to attempt a headswap with.

Gotta say, while I still think the bodies are too short and the articulation is lacking, the head on Shazam, the "Big Red Cheese" was great- a bit dopey, but right for the character.
