I'm terrified that one of these days my Injustice Superman is going to fall apart. It already happened to IJ Batman.

Is it’s the Injustice 1 or 2 Superman? Cause those first injustice figures that came in the 2 packs are so fragile I’m surprised it didn’t break coming out of the package! I use the cyborg from that series and I know he’s on borrowed time

I've had a tremendous amount of good luck then because most of mine have held up over the years. I have almost all the Injustice and Green Lantern figures and only a few gave me problems.

Looks great! Love the color! I thought about doing another cause I like a brighter blue for Superman. What type of pain did you use? I’m working on an ocean master, but the paint keeps rubbing at the joints

Thanks. The blue is Apple Barrel Matte Award Blue and the red is Flamenco Red of the same brand.
The joints are a bitch aren't they. I just continuously dry brush (or try to anyway) with a q-tip and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Have you tried the sharpie acrylic markers? There aren’t very many colors and the red is disappointingly pink, but that’s what I’ve had the best luck with.

This is what I’ve been using, I would compare the quality to the Tamiya or citadel paint. It usually takes 2 coats, but they don’t leave any lines. I’ve tries other brands too, for more color options but they scratch off easier |

Yah the sharpie sticks really well. It seems to just be some sort of modified acrylic paint. The only think I’ve had trouble with is it rubs off on joints, but it still does better at joints than most of my other paints Here’s the ocean master figure Ive been working on with the markers. Just need to figure out the cape Last edited by Artic 66; 06-03-2025 at 11:06 AM.. |

Nope. I think the IJ2 head is bigger so maybe that did it?
And thank you.

Thanks fellas!
![]() Got in the Hiya Toys Injustice 2 Superman! I think he turned out awesome. Nice and solid little figure with decent articulation and nice details. Plus he fits in great with my F5 Arkham Batman, so I got everything I wanted out of this purchase. Will definitely be looking for the rest of the League in this line. I have Flash, Darkseid, Wonder Woman, and Black Canary. Had a Batman but he took a big fall and broke.
They're pretty great figures but Flash is too tall to fit in with most of my other DC figures. They're also getting pretty pricey these days.
