I'm surprised Toyark hasn't reported about these. Bandai will also sell two larger-sized action figure categories that you snap-together: 4.5" and 6", I believe. |

All the link reported is "later this year". I want to buy these, so I've been poking around and will update if I find anything. I wonder if these will appear in Japan first this summer.

Got Multiverse armored Batman earlier,
Actually looks pretty cool. Wish they were bigger though. however the return of Infinite Heroes bendy legs in packaging sucks. Will probably buy most of this line if they don't give up 2 or 3 waves in, the variety is the key to this line. likely most won't happen but here is my "reasonable" wish list: 1. Origins- Batman 2. Origins- Deathstroke 3. City- Catwoman 4. Arrow- Deathstroke 5. City- Talia 6. Arrow- Green Arrow 7. City- Nightwing 8. City- Ra's 9. Origins- Lady Shiva Also noticed Keaton Batman has a cloth cape compared to both Arkham Batmans and Superman. Multiverse 89 Batmobile maybe? |

As far as I know there will be at least one more wave but haven't heard what it will be based on. My guess is some form of comic versions. Maybe New 52 JL?

Maybe an Arrow Bronze Tiger because lets face it... Michael Jai White is awesome lol |

I read somewhere September. Also liking that 4'' Batman. Not much articulation but better then nothing. But it needs paint apps. Wondering if they will add them. Batman is easy just some on the arms and eyes

These were announced at Toy Fair 2014 and are to come out sometime later this year. They're snap-together model kits, and the completed action figures can be posed.
"Level 1 models will retail for around $10 and consist of 30-40 pieces used to build a 4″ tall figure. Characters include a New 52 Batman, a The Dark Knight Rises Batman, a New 52 Superman, and a Joker figure based on his archetypical classic comic book appearance. Bandai estimates these kits will take users about half an hour to put together." Toy Fair 2014: Bandai's Sprukits Action Figure Model Kits

Bit of an off topic question but anyone knows if the 1:25 scale Batwing kit from ERTL can fit 3.75'' figures inside?
Hopefully someone has one of this and can answer back Thanks |

I would love if Mattel makes the New 52 Justice League to go with DC Comics Unlimited Darkside!

In general, you want to look for models and toys of vehicles that are at 1:20 scale. So 1:25 would probably be too small to modify to fit a 3.75"/4" figure.

And especially the Arkham Knight Batmobile... that thing rocks in the trailer that was released today! There have been only two Batmobiles for 3.75"/4" Batman figures: Mego's based on the classic '66 series, and Mattel's Tumbler. We need a more modern, "proper" Batmobile! |

Indeed. I also would love to see the Arkham Knight version of Harley Quinn in 4".

TNBA and BTAS Batmobiles are way undersized for 5' in the shows they were 2 seaters side-by-side. On the toys TAS only fits one and TNBA is back-to-back. But yeah we need more, that is one of the bonus of such a small scale but Mattel doesn't take much advantage of that. Last edited by Specter; 03-04-2014 at 07:48 PM.. |

Is it just here or is Multiverse doing really well?
My 2 Targets are completely sold out(both had 3 full pegs) My 2 Walmarts are down to 1 Bane and 1 Deadshot(out of 4 full pegs) the other 1 standard Batman and 1 Deadshot(out of 3 pegs). I preordered unmasked Keaton online because I doubt he would hang around long in a store. Last edited by Specter; 03-05-2014 at 07:14 PM.. |

Ok, line has completely won me over.
I finally caved and got standard Batman, Deadshot, Azrael, Freeze and Bane. and preordered the rest of Wave 2. It just finally clicked with me that with the worst of these being standard Batman, and his biggest issue being proportions which I even had huge problems with in game. I just can't really blame Mattel for that. Yeah they are missing articulation but at least they are unique figures that are somewhat decent to look at unlike the very first DCIH. Also one of the reasons I felt DCIH should blend with MU was that DCIH was pretty bland so if you could mix them up, it would have been a much better deal for each figure. This line doesn't need to connect with Marvel, we are getting Reeves Superman, Keaton Batman and loads of Arkham figures which all would normally sustain their own completely separate toy lines, its not the "gotta catch 'em all" mentality of DCIH and MU. Seems like all of the next waves have accessories as well(besides Superman) Batman has his grapple gun, Penguin his umbrella, Catwoman has a whip, Zod a bent gun. Im going to keep my MU DC customs for any real crossover display but these seem to fit alright with some of the the slightly smaller Marvel movie figures. armored Batman looks pretty darn good next to Avengers Iron Man. No telling where they could take this next, Arkham Knight, Vehicles, Arrow, DCAU and other animation? This line solves a problem for Mattel. missing out on stuff like Green Lantern and Beware the Batman which in their opinion a full line wasn't worth it. So instead when a new movie, game or cartoon release you slip in a single wave dedicated to that. It won't be a new line they have to push onto retailers or fight for new shelf space. And its not like past lines that never moved because you had a trillion rainbow Batman and Superman figures. It also doesn't really compete directly with Mattel's other DC lines, Unlike a new legacy line would have with DCUC if it wasn't over or ever returns. It will also help their Arkham figures by not competing directly with DC direct's. Just for example: Arkham Wave 1 [Now] (Arkham Batmen, City Azrael, City Freeze, Origins Bane, Origins Deadshot) Movie Wave 1[Spring](Keaton Batmen, Penguin, Zod) Movie Wave 2 [Summer](Superman, Catwoman) Arkham Wave 2[Early Fall] (Arkham Knight Batman, Asylum Joker, City Catwoman, Origins Deathstroke, Arkham Knight villain) Arrow Wave 1 [Late Fall/Winter around Arrow Season 3] (Green Arrow, Deathstroke masked and unmasked, Black Canary, Merlyn) Movie Wave 3[Spring](Nicholson Joker, Birds of Pray Batgirl, etc) Batman vs Superman Wave 1(Batman, Superman, BvS villain, etc) Past theoretical waves: Beware the Batman Wave 1(Batman, Katana, Anarky) Green Lantern TAS Wave 1(Hal, Razer, Aya) Injustice Wave 1(Batman, Superman Wonder Woman) Injustice Wave 2(Lex, Nightwing, Raven, Flash) Last edited by Specter; 03-07-2014 at 10:53 PM.. |

I've said it before but I'd love some figures of Arrow in the Multiverse line.

That would be pretty amazing - but only if they give Ollie enough articulation to hold his bow properly.
