Good call on the NES Keaton variant. I could definitely see that happening.

A potential loophole for that might be the BTAS costumes from Arkham City. At the very least I would want the animated Catwoman, that's always been my favorite version. She didn't look particularly cartoony in-game either, at least compared to Batman and Robin. It would already be the third release for that character in this line, though.

I just wonder why certain rules/limits exist for Multiverse. Do they not have the rights to make 3.75" toys based on comics and cartoons? Or is it simply a decision they've made? I have no idea if their DC license is a blanket deal or if they had to pick and choose which individual movies, games, etc. they could make merchandise for.

I think Mattel already found a decent out in that,
just doing the main cast of the cartoon in a wave of the Evergreen toyline.
You don't need to give every cartoon its own new toyline with rainbow Batmen.
Not to mention needing different packaging and shelf space.

Beware the Batman for example, they did Batman.
If the show was successful they could have done Katana and a few villains.

Green Lantern TAS would have would have worked in Evergreen as well.

I'd like to see GL and some other Heros make their way into the evergreen line.

So what I wonder is can they not so Injustice figs cause of DC collectibles because if they can that would be a great way to slip in some cool characters like bat girl hawk girl shaman/black Adam GL/sinestro Zatana Martin Manhunter Lobo so on so fourth.

Mattel might have a shot, I think DCC gave up on 3.75.
Batman & Joker made it out because they had to but DC won't do more and they seem to have drop the Green Lantern line as well.

Arkham covers a good deal of Batman characters but unless a Batgirl is in Arkham Knight they could turn to Injustice for her at least, with a Cass variant.

So I should probably check my Targets this week and next.
Not gonna bother with my Walmarts. One got a billion cases of wave 1 just a week ago, the other only puts new cases of toys out literally twice a year(Spring and Christmas)

Yeah, I haven't seen these @ Walmart at all. You should check your Targets because this is the second time I see them. I was surprised to find them because I got to Target late.

I can't seem to see the pic. What did u find @ target?
I don't mind all the batman figures as long as they are different. I like how Mattel is making different versions instead of repacking the same ones. My LCS owner said no matter how much batman stuff they order he always sell out. I need a shazam/ captain marvel for my injustice black Adam, I lucked out and got a good injustice black Adam aquaman 2 pack.

You know now that I think about it I've only seen the movie wave at Target as well. Regardless I'll be heading up to Wal-Mart Tuesday so I'll check in what I find (if anything).

I had planned on doing my own even before NECA announced theirs. If Mattel announced one in this scale I wouldn't have to :3

Those multiverse figures look awesome. My friend has a bunch. I'm slowly getting out of the smaller figure market. I have a bunch of the NYCC and SDCC Green Lantern exclusives for sale. If anyone is interested, check my sale thread.
But these new ones make it really hard to stop buying this scale, haha.

Link?

And why is this coming out before Robin, Black Mask, Hush, Origins Joker, the deluxes, and everything else they showed at SDCC?

New stuff is coming out of thin air and the stuff they showed is pushed to the wayside. I love Batman Beyond and 66 but I don't want more Batmen, and they'll probably be new sculpts too.

So I just picked up the second wave of the 50th G.I. Joe's. That means Joe's are done for the time being, Marvel universe is done for the time being, Star Wars has been done for a while now... This is really the only line I have to look forward to finding new things at retail.
Kind of sad for my toy collection, but not too shabby for my wallet. Thanks to Mattel for being the only company trying to take my money right now.

Agreed. Aside from a few odds and ends I may come across for custom jobs (most recently I picked up a Red Skull from The Winter Soldier line and swapped the head to make a Wesker from RE) the Multiverse line is about all that's out there holding my interest.

Let's see Joes didn't have much anyway and are exclusive to a few places.
Marvel: retail is way behind in waves compared to online.
Star Wars has been trickling out slowly. The latest wave I've found was Toryn Farr one.
DC Multiverse Is also way behind at retail here. The only "current" one I am missing that I want is Pfeiffer Catwoman. Walmart here doesn't even carry this line.
So I'm saving lots of money.

I've been collecting the power ranger key packs. Quick is funny because I haven't bought the morpher they go in. I'd have the whole set except people in my area have ripped open packs to steal a lot of them
