I don't hate it but he looks kind of small there. Hope he'll be on the other shows too. Him and Flash need to have a race.
Some of the comments just made me bust out laughing... "Is that lord farquaad?"... "It looks like flashpoint superman."

Speaking of flashpoint, I really want a spare quasar from the 3.75" legends line to make a flashpoint batman and/or a Tower of Babel batman... The cape looks perfect for it with the pointy shoulders. I need to pick up some gray boss fight blanks for them.

Agreed that he doesn't have a superman-esque look to him , and agreed that I would like to see the DC tv grow in its characters. Didn't really watch much of SG (save the Flash guest appearance) really couldn't get into it. Though with the move I'm willing to give it another shot.

That Justice League trailer gave me chills bro. I would love for this movie to be a hit and hopefully at the end of the movie we get to see perhaps Green Lantern, Martian MH and maybe Shazam or Haukman or Superman in his black suit recovering! The sky is the limit!!

With the growing number of DC heroes on the CW I'd love a Brave and the Bold team-up show.

Right ?! They could do so much and I would love to see it all. Seeing a Green Lantern (fingers crossed for the corps) nood would be great , that trailer gave me high hopes for the DC cinematic universe and really want to see it play out well for them.

That would be so cool. I really enjoyed the brave and the bold cartoon. Did that show ever have a toyline?

OUTRAGEOUS!

I think it did , they were more cartoony looking (same style of the show) but I'm pretty sure they did.

Oh I loved Brave and the Bold so much. It had toys but they were gimmicky with holes in their arms and legs you could plug giant missile launchers and crap into.

Batman: Brave & the Bold Mattel Action Figure Talk | Batman Message Board - The Legions of Gotham Forum and Message Boards For Serious Batman Fans Only!

The new JL cartoon looks to have a similar premise but without Batman being the only one doing all the team-ups.

I'm looking forward to it. Only downside is each episode will only be 11 mins long.

I've heard rumblings about Superman being a semi-villian resurrected by Darksied. Not sure what to think of that idea. I'd rather just have him come in during the big finale and kick ass saving the day Injustice style.

I've loved Superman since childhood. I honestly didn't mind the trunks being missing when they first started doing it, but now it's just annoying. His outfit doesn't flow as well without them, and are becoming a very missed staple of his outfit for me. It takes the "truth, Justice, and the American way" look out of his outfit, and one of the aspects I've always loved about Superman is that despite all of his powers that he could easily crush humanity with, he chooses to remain the good man, lending a helping hand wherever he can. He's only a dark guy with no underpants when DC wants to appeal to people who are obviously not prepared to accept him as he is. That's not to say that Superman doesn't have a dark side, but I like to see him more as a light. A symbol of hope, you know?

That's what killed me win man of steel and BvS, superman does nothing and watches his pops die and does a TON of collateral damage (Peter griffin vs chicken) in the first movie, and in BvS it starts off with him waiting until jimmy Olson getting killed and THEN stepping in and saving Lois. He was just way too morally ambiguous for the big blue boy scout.
Still would love a 4" line for any of the new movies.

The element is THERE, in my opinion, it's just not paid enough attention to. I like MOS and BvS, but that's still a flaw.

And I think you missed my joke with that Justice League trailer.

why does he even need a belt then with no trunks?

DC has gotten way too dark for me. They think that is why Batman was successful but they are mistaken.

They need to understand that not every hero needs to be dark and gritty. The TV shows seem to have gotten lighter after the success of the Flash, to the point where they're trying to make Arrow more like the Flash.

Also, side note: I heard that the first Flash and Arrow crossover was meant to bolster the Flash's ratings orginally, since CW thought that they'd need some help, but it ended up being the opposite. Flash was helping Arrow.
