Wanted to swap out the upper arms on Robin. Guess I either need to crack the torso and hope I don't screw it up or learn to live with the scrawny arm look.

I'm also researching this.
I had planned on swapping in MU Gray Hulk legs but Hulk is much bigger & it won't work

How about the legs from the Marvel Executioner/ Cable, Hercules, Omega Red? Those are in between the usual bucks and the hulk sized bucks.
