I'm a little ticked that they're doing W10 as a Walmart exclusive. I have several Walmarts around & NONE carry any DCUC toys. Heck only 1 even carries IH stuff. This is very frustrating...

Wave 5 is no longer available at Walmart, it was limited distribution (scarce) with some states not even seeing any figures while Walmart was saying otherwise. At this years Toyfair they announced Wave 10 will be a Walmart exclusive BUT the distribution will be far superior than the way they handled wave 5. I on the other hand will wait and see. I'm still trying to convince myself to shell out $200 for the set on Ebay but I'm waiting for Mattel to step up and re release them.

I'm pissed Wave 10 is a Wal Mart exclusive, since Wal Mart exclusive waves never come to Canada, which means I'll HAVE to ebay the figures I want.

Still excited for them, though.

For a refresher, who was in wave 10 again? Initially I was a completist for this line(except for variants, didn't really bother), I liked the figures so much that I wanted every wave.

Yet these are way harder to find than the 25th anniversary joes were in 2007, and as much as retailers are always blamed, I have yet to find readily available DCUC waves.

It's the black & gray Batman from DCSH.

Batman, Man-Bat, Joker, Power Girl, Beast Boy, Robot Man, & Forager.

I really want the Joker from this wave. But those damn Wal-Mart exclusives are so elusive. You have to get really lucky and go on the day they put them out in order the get your hands on them. Hopefully they really do step up distribution as they said they would. Man-Bat is probably a must buy as well.

I usually have a good idea of who I'm going to buy and who I'm not, but when I see them in person at the store I break down and get almost all of them.

They said this wave of exclusives would have better distribution, but unless that means they're finally letting Canada have them, it doesn't mean shit to me.

Well TRU is carrying the line. And there is a precedent for a WM exclusive superhero figure wave ending up at TRU in Canada. I'm speaking of course about th ML Giant man wave. So there is hope, however small, that we could see this at retail.

I think wave 9 was said to come out in August and wave 10 mid fall. Wave 8 has finally been spotted in a California TRU so I imagine it will be later than what was projected.
