I was at a local Target today and I found the Transformers section fully stocked of Revenge of the Fallen toys. I'm not sure if this is news or not, I personally haven't seen any of these toys in stores before today. It looked like almost every Transformers product, with a few exceptions, were from the new movie.

They looked pretty dope but I did not pick any up yet.

Considering the movie is out in roughly a month, it would make sense for the toys to start making their way into stores around now. I'll have to keep an eye out for Sideswipe.

Sideswipe was one of the characters they had. They also had Decepticon Sideways, which I think I liked a little better.

If memory serves, they had Bumblebee, Starscream, Optimus Prime (Legends & Leader Class), Megatron (Leader Class), Sideways, Sideswipe, Jetfire and one of the Constructicons, either Scavenger or Rampage. Can't remember which one. They also had the Bumblebee Plasma Cannon.

Pretty cool looking stuff overall. The big Optimus and Megatrons were so nice. I wouldn't mind having them among my Joes. Pretty good size comparisons.

Wouldn't be surprised. I found Marvel Universe Wave 1 and 2 about a week before street date at Wal-Mart.

Preview wave was supposed to be released on 5/15 but there was a screwup nationwide where the the preview wave boxes were marked 5/30.

The street date is 5/30 for the main line and as Shin said, the preview wave was supposed to hit on 5/15.

However, both TRU and Wal-Mart are doing early release events tomorrow (5/29), though Wal-Mart's may still be a rumor. We'll find out tomorrow.

I was in two different Walmarts yesterday, and they had an empty 4'-8' section with a sign stating that they'd be available 05/29 at 5pm.

The Wal-Mart near my work seems to be doing the same thing, but I have heard not all of them are doing it. Some of the staff at certain Wal-Marts weren't even aware until someone asked them about it.

I didn't see a sign about tomorrow at the WM near me, but the main aisle and a few stand-alone pallets have already been reset in preparation for the release.

What's even funnier is I read that as Alex Guiness doing Obi-Wan Kenobi:

"Use the mop, Luke. Use the mop...

....No, seriously, somebody dropped a Gatorade in aisle 9."

The wal-marts in my area (appleton WI) lifted the 5PM today time and started selling them at midnight last night. This morning full transformer shelves..... only picked up a sideswipe, was hoping ravage would have been in wave 2 cases, but no such luck.

On a side note: all the breakaway jets were the lighter tan, I know someone had stated they found darker brown ones in the US, but at both wal-marts only light brown ones.

I picked up Soundwave at 10, no signs of Sideswipe or anyone in that scale or whatever it's called(deluxe?) but plenty of the voyager, leader and Dead-End and those little guys.

Soundwave is cool, but won't be satisfied until I get Sideswipe.

Transformers ROTF toys are confirmed at Target in Fort Worth, TX near the Naval Air Station. I picked up Sideswipe and Ironhide. There are a few more Sideswipes there.

Went to Wal-Mart today and they had ROTF toys out as well. They had way more stock than Target but not as many characters. They did have the robot replicas that Target didn't have, though.
