DC Lex Luthor and Nightrunner 3 3/4

With everyone doing some really awesome Power Armor Luthors lately, I wanted to do a Lex without flooding the Power Armor customs, so I went retro.

Nightrunner is the first new employee of Batman Inc., in France.

The left eye looks a little crazy on ol' Lex but otherwise his paint apps are stellar.

I'm glad you explained Nightrunner, he is quite the badass looking character but I never heard of him until now. Batman Inc. seems like a very cool idea... Hopefully it won't get too tired too fast.
