You can kinda see Gadot in it. That's basically all you can hope for with McFarlane

I like the look of this figure plus it's basically the "84" wonder woman figure without being stupid image card from the movie and the asinine ebay prices.

Batman and Two-Face showed up last week. Joker shipped today.

So far so good. Batman is more of a dark gray tone with black glossy hits. Depending on light it's more noticeable or not. I'm personally fine with it, and it photographs well.

Two face is solid, his burnt half looks better than the other side in terms of realism.

I'll try to share some additional shots via the new Quick Shots area, prob won't go into a full review of them.

LOL! And then it was stuck in your head the rest of the night. At least it's a great song.

I hope that's real, we've never really had an excellent Batwoman figure and hopefully McFarlane could stumble over the low bar set by the Mattel version. Pity there is no chance of getting an Elegy Alice to go with her.

The same part of me rolling my eyes at more bat-people is also just glad for more standard DC women (I.e. not random one-off Mohawk variants etc)

The leaked pics always look weird, but even the official promo photos they put online are almost always done with test shot parts done in neutral or random colors that need to be painted over, which seems to screw over the faces worst of all. No translucent, fleshy look, just layers of thick paint filling in all the details to cover up a gray or neon green part.

But he's not talking about the figure, FYI, he's complaining about the show.

Ah, ok. She’s not from the show though is she?

Nope, she's comic-based, and thankfully so! Think whatever you will of the show proper, the CW suit is a bummer. I mean, it's not atrocious, it just has no visual flow and is really underthought for a title character costume.

I've been fixing long-haired McFarlanes with a fresh X-acto and a few slits along the deeper sculpt details. As long as you get the location and angle juuust right, you can get the hair to part when the head is put into extreme positions but still close up seamlessly when back to neutral. My brother's Geralt can look up now!
