Yeah, hard to take him seriously with the emoticon eyes. Reminds me of that one racing game which has a character who wears a cat-eared display helmet like this and has nyaaan-cat expressions.

If you rework the face and the right hand, Abyss could make a good base for a Phantasm custom. The scythe could even be reworked into the Phantasm's gauntlet blade.

This was from the Batman Catwoman series by Tom King, it was printed under DC Black Label. I believe it's not technically canon to the main universe since much of the story, which is divided along three points in time, involves the future from King's Batman annual when Bruce managed to die of old age.

It looks like they mistook the top of the Justice Buster's head for its face. You can hardly tell it's supposed to have an adorable bat face. So Mattel's is better in that regard.

That looks like the Hulkbuster, Warmachine, and Batman had a baby. Cool, but I don't think McFarlane can make a figure of Prime 1 Studio's own unique design. You might as well shell out $3k for this statue if you like the design that much.
