Supergirl is coming along pretty well. The biggest pain has been how incremental the changes have been to get things juuust right. I chopped down the skirt and helped its shape by slicing up the pelvis cover underneath, the thighs above the boots have been cut down where they distorted the skirt, then the seams and wrinkles were taken off before painting the flesh. I still need to paint the hair, but that's had a bunch of inside material removed and discrete slices added to let it move around. A big chunk of hair over the left shoulder has been removed because the shadows from being draped over both shoulders made her look like she had the worst posture.

I also removed material from her shoulder cup to increase her motion and started repainting her face.



I really want to see how far I can take her without swapping any parts.

Did you add any vertical slices to her skirt to improve the range of movement or did shortening it alone help?

No slices, shortening it did most of the work, but what also helped was trimming the pelvis cover that the skirt attaches to so it has more room to move around.

Rebirth Supergirl now in stock at a number of different Target stores. New Aquaman movie figures and deluxe figures also in stock. The sale has sadly ended. Plenty of Superman #1 and Sinestro. A few Batman Animated Condiment King baf at area stores.

That Captain Carrot figure news was a surprise, but I find it hard to believe that figure would outsell Starfire. [huge sigh] Maybe by next summer.

Im glad i dropped mcfartlames shit. They outta just rename the line target exclusives cause thats all it seems to be anymore. Total fucking bullshit. Exclusives should just be repaint variants nots standard costumes. Mcfartlame needs to to get his head outta the mid-ninties and stop this variant/exlusive bullshit

I do not have this figure so I didn't realize what you'd done to it. I just looked at the pic and moved. THAT'S how good it looks. Awesome job.

Thanks, everyone. I'll have pics of her repainted face soon, which was shockingly easy to clean up once I realized the main issue with her face print.

Well i did collect and alot of em. But with over half the line as some kinda bs exclusive, stores not stocking (stores here still have that stupid duke thomas batman at full price ) and his stupid “collector” bs at ten bucks over what it should be it just turned me off. I collected his figs because there were several i loved and the price point was low. With the highr price now 30 bucks, the same figs languishing on pegs and the aforementioned exclusives its just too much hassle.
