Found this guy yesterday. They had the entire wave. All looked really good.

Still think Cyborg's design doesn't match his gun. It looks weirder to me in hand. He's got this sleek armor styling and a clunky, almost Steampunk style arm cannon.

Statiscally, that's true. You have 1 in 6 chances. However, once you factor in the scalpers, who'll snatch up the "rare" one in every case just because it's "rarer", then your chances significantly decrease.
