I wish people would boycott this wave instead of buying it. your just telling Todd its ok to jack prices up on his website. Don't be surprised if regular figures go up to 50 bucks on his website next

I haven't been ok with any prices going through the rough since 2021. Food, electric, fuel, vehicles, home goods….etc. Toys aren’t exempt from this wonderful new economy.

I see on another site that super7 is not moving forward on their Disney license. That includes Simpsons. There are massive changes coming to the toy world. Mostly less stuff and higher priced.

You either want it or not. You pay it or don’t. While people were arguing over whether or not the golden flash and Batman super powers exclusives were just dumb money grabs, they sold out.

I have been priced out of many lines, it’s no fun and I feel bad for those that are. These DC figures are most likely my last ride for comic figures, so I’m willing to go a bit higher. I’ve paid $40 for the platinum figures on BBTS, so I’m not overly blown away by this.

The way I see it, it’s either this or nothing.

The wave is like buying them at premium prices. I like classic figures so I did it. Plus it's a site exclusive so I'm not sure how many he's making.

Good thing I don't buy any figures from McFarlane's website then. These aren't enough to make me start. Not even Earth-2 Superman.

Beyond expensive….but getting better. I paid $15 for the set of 4 ,with the MTS10 coupon it basically gave me free shipping. He needs to figure out the shipping costs if he plans many more exclusives to his site.

Happy they didn't make Power Girl because I'd have to bite.

These crack ass prices and no accessories is starting to get more Hasbro vibes.

Todd thinks he's selling Ultimates. Without seeing most Ultimate shave been getting blown out for 90% off lately.

I'm normally not one to comment on prices, but WHATtheWHAT? That is insane, and I'm just glad none of these are someone I have a strong itch for. Decent price, I'd get Kid Flash and Spectre in a heartbeat though. Also I'd like a standard Superman, but I'm entertained that every single one McFarlane makes has just one glaring aspect that makes them unappealing to me.

I wonder if he's raised the prices on this wave because of the BAF? Like he's trying to offset the cost of a "free". Nothing else makes any sense.

The rumor I see on Facebook is that this was to be a target wave. They must have cancelled and now it’s a mcfarlane toys store exclusive. I imagine if that’s it, then that was quite a hit.

Son of a bitch I wish it had been a Target wave I got money from gift cards on my account id use for spectre. But looks like I will save it for another exclusive down the road.

none of the other BAF waves on Mcfar's toy store are that expensive either. I know some people said the Batman and Robin wave was but they aren't. Batman and Robin are $24.99 each and the girls they are sold out off

McFarlane is doing The Spectre? Hmmmm, I might have to pick him up, assuming he actually shows up in stores since Flash never did. Although, looking at the pictures, something looks off about him.

EDIT: Wait, what is this about $50?

For some reason Todd is charging $39.99 each for this Moniter BAF wave and nobody can find out why. This is Mcfarlane Toy Store exclusive aka you will never find Spectre in store.

I would totally have gotten that Superman if it had gone to retail. But nuts to his website exclusives.

Besides, it's only a matter of time before it shows up somewhere else. Hell, maybe they'll use it for my dream figure; a Fleischer Superman.

I thought they were only $20? Last year people were praising Todd, saying his DC line puts Hasbro to shame because the figures will remain at $20. Now they're doubled, making them $15 more than Marvel?

As much as I love The Spectre, that most certainly isn't a $40 toy. He doesn't even have pinless joints nor any accessories.

It's just this wave for now. None of the other BAF sets on Todd's store site are over priced at all. Rumor going around is this wave was supposed to be a Target Exclusive wave but they passed on it.
