when making a Clark Kent custom figure, what are some good glasses accessory to use? would glasses from a Barbie figure work or would the Barbie line glasses be a little big or loose?

To big they are 1/6 scale not 1/12 Depending on what your stores has retro Baroness or the ultimate Billy figure from power rangers come with glasses. You can also look up 1/12 glasses on ebay for a wider assortment. Also check some of the wrestling figures if glasses came with them too.

I've seen a lot of people who just use wire and shape it with a pencil to tailor glasses for figures. Obviously they won't have lenses but you can shape and size to your needs, it's an option to consider.

I made a 5 inch custom commissioner gordon with a pair of glasses made from part of a staple. I put lenses in the frames using clear super sticky packing tape.

En Sabah Nerd's suggestion of using wire makes the most sense. Typically when you see glasses with plastic lenses, they're not entirely transparent and they end up covering the eyes. Plus the paint on the clear plastic frames doesn't look great either.

I came across this guide for making your own glasses out of wire. You can get small rolls of colored craft wire at Walmart. It's an option if you don't want to paint them yourself.

I won this the other day in the McFarlane EQL contest, Until I saw the email.I did not even know there was a platinum version of this figure. Generally I ignore platinum versions because I have an extremely low chance of getting one.

• DC Rebirth Wonder Woman statue
• Collector Edition Red Hood (Joker ver.) and Ragman. Both had a Platinum Edition but it’s not clear what is different between the two Red Hood figures.
• Platinum Edition Batman from The Flash (blue and grey Affleck)
• And a regular DC Multiverse Adam West Batman (new 7” figure)

Yeah. It's bewildering. The character choices, while a few have been spectacular and well done, have been head scratchers more often than not on my end. I grow less interested in this line with every announcement, and this is the only line I look at.

It's because the obscure male characters are cheaper to make since they're basically repaints with new heads whereas popular female characters need more new tooling.

If all the DC Collectibles animated figures are getting re-releases I really hope Terry is one of them. I was never able to get that Beyond 3-pack and it was crazy expensive last time I looked.
