Ordered the black one on the condition that the film is actually good. Otherwise I'll stick with the classic.

The 1987 version looks like a female robocop. Check out how high his shoulder is and what a small waist and big thighs all it needs is boobs and oh yeah lipstick.

The crudely painted lipstick doesn't help it any either.

These really suck. That ball jointed hand is a deal killer. Assuming these are 10 inch. Hopefully some other company does a better job

For a 100 dollar fig you would think Play arts would do figures with better proportions and better likeness (movie superman..)

I'm down. Definitely gonna grab the Movie V1, may grab what I think they are calling V3 (black). Wonder what V2 is that we haven't seen it in trailers or toys yet. And this will probably make me go get some form of Vintage Robocop from somewhere.

Don't understand the disappointment in these figures from you fellow collectors??? I think these look GREAT!! Play Arts has done a better job than any other toy company will produce that may have the license. NECA is the only other company that I know would do a fantastic job but they turned it down.....bummer!

Yeah, I grab PAK whenever possible. There are quality issues with them breaking, they are expensive, and sometimes the paint is a bit messy. But when they are good, they are good.
And welcome to the site Devcon, good to see some IG folks coming over! |

For the most part, I think they did a good job on these. I'd like to see some comparison shots between NECA's Robocop and the Classic Robocop Play Arts figure.

if they actually put quality in the ones they mass produce then yes i would buy more PAK figures. but I aint paying $70+ for something that could snap with just normal playing and has bad paint application (after all these are promotional.)

I know what you mean. I bought a halo figure not at retail(good thing), but the figure is loose, the plastic is no different than the ones used on ML figures. I think this figures should cost at most 30 bucks. Japan just has some crazy prices, I guess collectors over there are used to this prices now.

Found these at TRU today in Exton, PA. They had the 3.0 3.75" figure, the 1.0 and 3.0 6" and the one on the Bike.
