I saw that today, too...ridiculous! I bet they're just doing that so they can have a sale on them next week and make it look like you are saving something.

I'm enjoying this line, it's different and I enjoy the stylized look and cloth capes. They don't have as much articulation as DCUC, but you can still get some pretty dynamic poses with them. True it's not DCUC, but I have all that I want from that line so I consider it "over", and ready to move on to the next thing.

I AM happy that these are starting to show up at places OTHER than TRU. The price hike they did is inexcusable... I saw these for $10 at a walmart the other day (and even $10 is pushing it).

I bought Black Manta from Matty Collector the other day and I'm just waiting for the next wave to come out!

I saw GL in Florida during Spring Break...and have not seen one SINCE. I hope the distribution for these pick up, because I want that GL.

Are they selling? Does Mattel provide sales metrics for their offerings? Its pretty easy to come by this sort of information for something like video-games. I imagine the gaming industry has the edge in sheer size/volume in comparison to the action figure market, which may make reporting "units moved" a more common occurrence. I'd be interested to know how well this gambit is playing out for Mattel from a fiscal perspective. They never had any problem letting it be known how well DCU was doing, but they also weren't specific about hard numbers.

Plenty of GL's here...even see the occasional Aquaman but Flash by far is the hardest to find now.

When will the John Stewart,Bizarro and its one other guy I cant think of be released??
I hope the $20 pricepoint rumour isn't true...

So far the $20 figures are the Ultra figures that you order from Matty Collector's website. They already released a John Stewart with interchangeable heads and hands to make other members of the GL corp.

I just ordered the Black Manta from them, it too comes with multiple hands, head, acces.

The next I think is either going to be the Firestorm or the Batman Beyond.

Not that anyone seems to care, but I received my Black Manta yesterday. He comes in the standard white mailerbox with the figure inside, He looks really nice. He come with multiple heads and hands and a variety of weapons.

I look forward to the Firestorm release.
