Man, you are having a tough time deciding on this! LOL Maybe you shouldn't read anymore opinions...
I overall like the Arkham games aesthetics, and I'm keeping to those for now (no comic based figures yet). I've decided to get the two pack, and maybe later if BBTS or Entertainment Earth ever get the Origins Bane back in stock I might get that one too.

Some comparison if this helps.
Arkham City Bane, Arkham Origins Bane, DC Classics Build a Figure (Collect & Connect) Bane.

I am really expecting a DC New 52 Bane soon since now he looks just like the Bane from Dark Knight Rises but with classic Bane Mask.

I would be lying if I said that the comic bane (CollectAndConnect or BuildaFigure, which ever eases the tongue) was not my favorite. I've always liked Bane, and his original comic appearance still stands as my go-to look. However I am going for an all Arkham-verse mini-collection, that is to say Arkham-verse only, not every single figure from the line thereof. Also coming upon a DCUC Bane isn't so cheap.
Side note: one aspect of the Origins design that slightly bothers me (bothers isn't quite the right word) is that the white of his mask is the pattern he used from Secret Six (the last DC comic series I ever read) which is weird since that design came later, and that figure is supposed to be Bane from the beginning of the Arkham-verse.
I like almost every Bane, even the red hulking version from The Batman. And for some reason I really like the gimp(ish) version from The New Batman Adventures. The only one I really don't like is celery-man from Schumacher, who kind of just raped Batman in general.

Thanks a lot for the pics! It helped me as well. I think I will try to swap out the AO Bane head for the CnC one.

I've been expecting a New 52 version as well, I was really surprised when one wasn't shown off at SDCC. It's probably my favorite version, despite how much I disliked Rises. I just hope they don't give him the stupid pimp coat. The vest was badass even in the movie, but when he put on the coat in Arkham War and then stood with his hands grasping at the lapels like Hardy did in the movie, I couldn't help but groan.

the DCUC route is the most difficult. There are 4 ways to get the DCUC the cheapest is to find a fully together one.

Hi folks, posted in the BST, but I'm putting up my SDCC Doomsday for sale because of all my recent Marvel purchases... lol. Check out my thread in the BST for details.

DC Collectibles is underrated?! I only have one DC toy right now, but every figure I'm looking at getting is also from DC Collectibles. Though I'm not sure you needed to create a new thread for this company alone, you could post this in the DC 6" appreciation thread.
Still these guys are like Marvel Select to Marvel Legends, less pose typically, but much more detail and sculpting.

Can't wait for the Arkham Knight Scarecrow, and I'll be sure to pick up some other figures between now and then.

DC Collectibles were actually pretty terrible back when they were known as DC Direct. Shoddy sculpts, almost no articulation at all, and nearly everything they made during those last couple of years ended up delayed for extremely long periods of time, sometimes just within a couple of weeks before their initial release date.

The delays have ceased for the most part since the re-branding, and the majority of their sculpts have been top-notch as well. There's still the occasional lame duck like New 52 Kid Flash, but it's fairly rare.

Anyway:

I meant underrated as in they weren't as big a toy line as dcuc, same way marvel legends is put before marvel select technically dc direct is 7" scale and deserves its own thread.

I really don't think an inch makes a big difference. We could easily talk about the DCC stuff in the DCU thread like we have been for the last long ass time.

Anyway:

I've only got a few DCD/DCC items as you can see in the pics below, but these are old pics;

Oh, and I have Talia's head:

When I first saw this picture posted under the gallery for Arkham Origins series 2, it played a big part in my decision to get Croc, well I got him from a sale at Hastings, but I kept him in part of Toyark's gallery and this picture. Good times.

I used to have nearly the entire Black Lantern corp. However, I hated most of them. The plastic on plastic felt brittle on some of them. The wings on the hawks would not stay attached, and if they did, they would drop downward. Plus there was the lack of articulation. I think Terra, Batman, and Aquaman were the best of the BL.

We have no problem with people asking questions about the site, just not in public.

That's also in the rules, too.

I'm glad you found one on eBay! The only reason I have early access it's like you said because of MOTUC. If I didn't happen to like and collect the MOTUC toy line then I would do the same as you.

I have to admit... IMO, this new Bizarro is the best one I've seen so far!

I really like New 52 Bizarro. I like that he is not dumb or kind of a goof. He is just an underdeveloped clone, the way 80s Bizarro was. I like this way better than he is from some other reverse world. I wish the figure was a little more white skinned so he would not seem so Zombie like. I want to white wash the figure and add some Glow in the Dark paint to the wash :-)

Honestly I get why Mattel cannot offer early access to the product to people who didn't sign up, but Mattel would have done something that showed they cared about their DC customers if they had granted Early Access to those who did sign up. Really what would it have hurt? You show the people that you want their business.

I assume those impressions in its shoulders and collar area are where the cape was before, kind of looks to me like Clayface mid-transformation into Superman.
