Drill out holes in both the half pegs: one in the body's shoulder socket, and one in the arm's shoulder socket. Choose a drillbit slightly smaller than the threaded screw you will use. Then I took a screw and screwed it into the arm socket, with a screwdriver, with over half still sticking out. I then sawed off the screwhead, leaving about half of the screw shaft, just enough to fit into the body's shoulder socket. Then, holding the arm, I moved the joint where the screw was in line with the straightened out arm, and I just screwed the arm into the other drilled out hole in the other half-peg in the body's shoulder socket, using the arm itself as sort of a screwdriver handle. No boil and pop, no glue at all. It screwed down nice and snug, and now the joint feels really solid and has full range of motion, just like the right arm. Really a simple fix.

Very cool dude, I love to see stuff like this. I might hit you up about doing something similar to my AC Freeze.
